Digitek Employee Referral Program:

a. We encourage you to refer qualified professionals to DIGITEK. DIGITEK will pay you a fee of $500 for each individual referred by you who is ultimately hired. This bonus, which is payable on the three-month anniversary of the referred employee, is contingent upon both you and the person referred remaining as employees during this period.

b. When you are seeking candidates to refer to DIGITEK, DO NOT SOLICIT people employed by our clients or competitors. You must respect the fact that legal obligations often exist. You may imperil our business relationships if you are instrumental in disrupting a legal employment agreement.

c. If someone approaches you and expresses interest in working for DIGITEK, please refer that candidate's resume to the Human Resources Department at Headquarters. A brief note from you explaining your efforts to refer the candidate is appreciated.
